Manual Therapy

Manual therapy is a hands-on approach used to address muscle tension, soft tissue restrictions, and movement limitations that contribute to musculoskeletal pain. Through targeted techniques, manual therapy helps improve circulation, reduce stiffness, and restore soft tissue mobility to support more comfortable and efficient movement. Manual Therapy Techniques and treatments are used in every massage treatment when deemed necessary.
