Idaho Medical Massage verifies insurance benefits prior to scheduling appointments. If you would like to use your insurance benefits, please complete the Insurance Verification Form using the link below. Due to the increasing number of referrals and verification requests our office receives, please allow up to one week for us to verify your benefits. Insurance verification calls, benefit reviews, and follow-up emails are completed on Wednesdays. Once we have received and reviewed your benefit information, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your coverage, answer any questions, and review available scheduling options.
