Orthopedic Massage

Clinical Massage and Manual Therapy

Orthopedic massage is a targeted massage and manual therapy focused on the causes of pain, movement restrictions, and musculoskeletal dysfunction. Each session is customized to support recovery, decrease pain, improve function, and help restore proper movement patterns.

No Referral Needed: You can self-refer and begin your health journey immediately.

Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic massage is defined by its focus on a specific clinical outcome. Every session is part of a structured, goal-oriented treatment plan designed to address your unique musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Clinical Assessment: We start with a postural analysis and functional testing to find the "why" behind your pain.

Measurable Progress: We track your mobility, range of motion, and pain levels to ensure your treatment plan is working for you.
