MYOFACIAL CUPPING

Myofascial cupping uses gentle suction to lift the soft tissues, helping to increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and break up fascial restrictions. This technique can reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote faster recovery by encouraging the body’s natural healing response.

CYROTHERAPY

Hands-on cryotherapy uses controlled cold application—typically through ice cups or cold massage tools—to reduce inflammation, numb painful areas, and calm irritated tissues. The cooling effect helps decrease swelling, relieve acute discomfort, and prepare the area for safe, effective therapeutic work.

VIBRATION THERAPY

A vibration plate uses gentle, controlled vibrations to stimulate your muscles, increase circulation, and enhance mobility. Standing or performing simple movements on the plate helps activate more muscle fibers, warm up the body quickly, reduce tension, and support overall recovery.
